Getting an assessment of options for outfitting a home for an elderly parent

Hello,

I would like to know if you have any references for a person or company who could come to my parents home and assess the options for outfitting it for them as they get older.

My father might already need a stair lift and does seem to need bathroom equipment (bars and higher toilet, etc.).

I don't know if there is a comprehensive service that does this, but any info is appreciated.
