Questions about chair lifts for stairs

by Barb
(Iowa)

My parents live in a townhouse and are currently 90 and 86 years old.

They do not want to move from their home but the stairs are getting very hard for them.

Maybe a curving stair lift from the ground level to the upper level? It's not really curved but has to go 2 levels - could it be 2 short straight stair lifts?

I am trying to help keep them in their home, their income is only Social Security.

Can you give me any ideas to get a chair lift not too expensive that will keep them in their home?

Thank you.
