Is osteoarthritis curable?


Or is there any option or medication that really work for pain (both knees)?

What to do if primary doctor keep sending patient to blood test, x-rays over and over but patient never get better?

Is there any option if your primary doctor knows everything about your condition but never give or suggest any prescription, medical equipment?

Osteoarthritis isn't curable but it's very treatable, and a doctor who keeps running tests without ever giving you a treatment plan is wasting your time. Ask directly for a referral to a rheumatologist or orthopedic specialist, that's who should be managing this, not your primary. There are real options like anti-inflammatories, cortisone injections, and physical therapy that you should already be on by now. If your doctor can't explain why you're not getting any of that, it's better you find a new one.
